Why I've stopped using the genderbread person and what I use now instead

There are heaps of tools to help explain concepts like gender and sexuality, and I believe both the gender and sexuality galaxies are the most flexible yet

I believe that many of us want to be better understood by others and be able to more easily express our experiences. It helps us find language and community, which can be incredibly affirming and validating.
